Description
• For this lab, only use the 74HC138 and 74HC251 ICs to implement your logic, the bar LEDs as outputs,
and the switches as inputs
• Design a circuit that implements F using only the 74HC138 and 74HC251 ICs

• Build your circuit and verify its operation using a truth table
• Demonstrate your circuit to your TA
The report for this lab should include the following sections:
